Story Inspiration
The inspiration for Party Girl was to show how one decision can quickly change your life in an unexpected way. I wrote this story to serve as a cautionary tale.
Behind The Story
The irony behind the story started with the title. N’Dea was a party girl but quickly became a different kind of party girl. I wanted to highlight how innocent fun can take a wrong turn. Another element I included was to be careful who you trust. N’Dea was deceived to trust the wrong person.
Top 5 Story Tips
Follow the rules you set for yourself, especially if it’s to protect you. The story would’ve been different if N’Dea wouldn’t have broken her own rule.
Listen to your inner voice—your intuition. If something doesn’t feel right, it’s probably not right. Learn how to listen to your intuition.
You’ve heard—Hurt people hurt people. We witnessed Lacey commit the same evil plan used to entrap N’Dea.
Never underestimate what someone will do if they feel their life or livelihood depends on it. Self-preservation is real.
If it’s me or you…sorry sis, it’s YOU!
